Overview
AuditIt is RODIAS’s enterprise compliance workspace: templates, branch logs, and report generators that replace fragmented spreadsheets and physical routing.
Challenge
Compliance officers spent billable hours chasing paperwork across branches. Shared folders leaked access boundaries, and assembling an audit pack meant manual collation with no cryptographic verification of who changed what.
Approach
Multi-tenant application with server-enforced isolation, role-based inspectors, and read-oriented audit trails. React workspace UI over a Laravel API; exports compile from system state rather than editable office docs. Designed so multiple companies can share infrastructure without sharing data.
Outcomes
Admin time to assemble routine compliance packs fell sharply versus manual collation (client-reported order-of-magnitude reduction on repetitive exports). Unauthorized cross-tenant reads are blocked by design in automated tests. Suitable for regional enterprises that need evidence trails without standing up a full GRC suite.
